Prosthetic dentistry
Bridges, crowns and dental prostheses (commonly also called dentures) are tools extensively used to solve edentulous problems (lack of teeth).

At our clinic we offer all fixed and/or mobile dental prostheses by applying world-class standards. The latest processing techniques with state-of-the-art technology are being implemented and only the ceramic materials from renowned manufacturers (Ivoclar Vivadent – Lichtenstein) are being used. All this makes possible the processing of high standards of functionality and aesthetics, in addition, we can guarantee excellent performance of the finished prosthetic devices, even in the very long run. We have our own dental laboratory, which allows easier cooperation between the doctor, the dental technician and the patient, in order to find the ideal solution for the patients' needs and desires.
We give special prominence to some parameters during the implementation of all types of dental prostheses. Our prosthetic devices:
Maintain the highest standard of functionality, aesthetics and durability. Do not cause allergies nor any kind of toxicity. Are minimally invasive and provide quick recovery to our patients.Speaking about dental prostheses, we should mention that there are various types. A subdivision in temporary and final prosthetic devices is used. A temporary prosthetic device is mounted immediately and then it is being used only for a short time, to keep all the natural features of the natural teeth to our patients, until the final prosthesis is completed.
In our clinic we practice the following types of dental prosthetic procedures:
Mobile prosthetics (partial or total) Fixed prosthetics Combined prosthetics (also called semi-fixed prosthetics) Fixed prosthetics on implants. The mobile prosthetic devices can be removed from the oral cavity by patients to maintain a proper oral hygiene. Despite the fixed variations being those recommended by the specialists, mobile prosthetic devices are a cost-effective solution since they do not need dental implants, and allow the restoration of the complete functionality of the dental arch.
On the other hand fixed prosthetic devices are used to replace one, several or even all the missing teeth. It is an extremely robust final solution. If the problem lies in the loss of a single tooth, then the patient is suggested crowns, or bridges, if the situation requires substituting or replacing multiple teeth.
The latest technology materials that we use the most are:
Metal-ceramic (very durable and stable option). Pure ceramics (the most likely variant of natural teeth from an aesthetic point of view, as it has discrete translucency). Zirconium ceramic (zirconia being white, enables more clarity than common metal alloys, is being used in this combination for the front teeth, offering unrivalled translucency and giving a glowing smile to the face).Check out what we can offer!
